Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by My Unique Gifts to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will not be published. Please inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published and we will respect your wishes.


All Purchases

My Unique Gifts must receive payment in full for the gift/gifts and postal costs before your order can be dispatched. Once payment is accepted you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided by you with your order.
*Any order paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

My Unique Gifts Prices

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges, which are shown separately as you place your order and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
My Unique Gifts reserve the right to change any pricing of our goods when necessary, however prices will not be altered on any order after it has been placed and processed through our website or on any telephone orders placed using a debit or credit card. Special orders will be priced on an individual basis depending on the products requested and used and the price given to the customer at time of acceptance of order.



The individuality of My Unique Gifts

At My Unique Gifts all our handmade gifts are individually created therefore there will be a slight variation in each item. In order to create the individuality and enhance your chosen gift, My Unique Gifts reserves the right to substitute for other items of equal or greater value and quality.

At My Unique Gifts we design all our handmade gifts so and reserve the right to alter the design of our gifts at any time.

Copying portions of this website is strictly forbidden except for the sole purpose of placing an order with us at My Unique Gifts.
In the unusual event of Returns

My Unique Gifts maintain the highest standards of quality control and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on excellence in customer service. Nevertheless, nothing is foolproof so should something go wrong and you are not totally happy with your
purchase then please contact us in writing at sales@myuniquegifts.co.uk or call us on 0800 043 7156 to discuss or advise of the return. You may return the goods to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days. Goods must be returned to us via recorded delivery and all tracking numbers should be retained to ensure that the goods do reach us. Once we have received the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Overseas Orders
We are currently able to offer gifts up to the weight of a one tier nappy cake which can be posted to mainland Europe. Please contact My Unique Gifts to discuss your requirements and the postal costs. Please see overseas icon next to all gifts available to the overseas market.

Payment Methods:

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, online. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, your card details will be entered on a secure form using 128-bit encryption and securely processed through PAYPAL. We do not have any access to your personal card details, using this method. All credit and debit card payments and refunds are processed through PAYPAL to ensure your card account is correctly and securely debited or credited.
If you wish to pay by card over the phone please ring 0800 043 7156 with your card details. Your card details will be processed using a secure chip and pin transaction machine. Your card details will not be kept by My Unique Gifts or held on any system. Your card details will only be used to process your payment.
You agree that all the details that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the gift offered by us on our website is correct and that the credit or debit card used is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the costs of the product(s) ordered.

* If you wish to pay by cheque, you may do so by contacting us on 0800 043 7156 to place your order. Orders paid for by cheque, will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Once your order has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This will be sent to the email account that you provided us with at the point of your order.




Dispatch & Delivery.
At My Unique Gifts we take our customer service commitment seriously and aim to always provide an excellent customer experience each time every time!
Therefore we dispatch most orders within 48 hours of them being placed with only an additional 2 days required for special orders.

To insure safe and reliable delivery of your Gift we use quality packaging and take great care with every order. Smaller Gift items are packaged and dispatched via Royal mail 1st class post. Larger items are dispatched using a courier. Once your order is placed, even during our busy periods throughout the year we will make every effort to ship it to you within 2 working days.


Local Deliveries
My Unique Gifts can deliver your order within the Tameside area for the delivery charge of £2.50 and within the M60 Manchester ring road area for £5. Each of these charges is per delivery not per item.
